PhysicsClasses.IN provides offline and online coaching for CBSE Class IX and X Mathematics. We also share learning resources, study materials, and calculators to help students improve their understanding of the subject.
All invoices are generated on the 1st of every month and must be paid by the 10th of the same month without incurring a late fee. After the due date, a late payment fee of ₹100 per day will be applicable until the payment is cleared.
Attendance or absence from classes does not exempt the student from paying the monthly fee or late charges. Fees are charged for enrollment in the course, not on a per-class basis. Students who fail to pay the due amount within the stipulated time will be considered in default and may have their classes suspended until dues are cleared.
No disputes regarding missed classes, attendance, or non-participation shall be accepted as a reason for waiver or delay of payment or late fee.

Failure to pay dues (including late fees) may result in suspension from classes until payment is cleared. Non-payment beyond 30 days may lead to permanent removal from the class list without refund.
Students who fail to pay fees by the due date, including applicable late fees, will be marked as inactive and may not be allowed to attend further classes until all dues are cleared. Re-enrollment will only be permitted after full payment of pending fees and a rejoining confirmation from the institute.
Students who fail to pay their fees by the due date (10th of each month) and subsequently discontinue or stop attending classes will still be liable to pay the pending fees along with applicable late charges. Withdrawal from classes or non-attendance does not cancel the financial obligation for that billing cycle.
If a student discontinues classes without prior written notice before the start of a new billing month, the full monthly fee will remain payable. Re-enrollment in future batches will be permitted only after clearing all pending dues.
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect instructors, and create a positive learning environment. Any kind of misbehavior, disruption, or repeated absenteeism may lead to suspension or removal from the class without refund.
To maintain academic consistency and fairness, the following attendance rules apply:
A student will be marked AWOL if they do not inform the teacher prior to the class or repeatedly miss classes without communication.
Consequences of AWOL:
All decisions regarding attendance marking, leave approval, extra classes, and academic adjustments are at the sole discretion of the teacher/institute.
